We are Laura Khoudari-Rico and Cilia Fishman, co-founders of The Ladybug Lab. Our mission is twofold; to raise awareness on the importance of self-love and how it relates to self-esteem, specifically in women and to develop the best nutritional supplements that alleviate many common physical ailments. We achieve these through the Self- Love Lab, our investigative platform, and through Ladybug Potions, our natural supplements line.
We intend to inspire true and positive transformation in all women.
We are passionate researchers of the latest and most relevant news regarding wellness and are eager to share it with our community through our various communications including podcasts, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and our workshops. Everything you experience with The Ladybug Lab is intentionally designed to make you feel strong, positive, creative, empowered, and just plain great!
Why us?
We began a journey to really understand what self love means to women in the modern digital era. As those women, we were facing an issue that needed to be explored, understood, and shared.
Between the two of us, we have experienced a multitude of challenges affecting women of all ages. Now, while we don’t have all of the answers, we discovered what has worked for us and want to SHARE it with YOU!
Laura holds a B.S.c in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a M.A. in Executive Coaching from the Universidad Camilo Jose Cela. Cilia holds a B.S. in Biological Psychology and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
